Winter Recipes – Easy Italian Macaroni Beef Bake Recipe

Hi everyone

Hope you enjoy my Winter Recipes of an Easy Italian Macaroni Beef Bake Recipe

3 chopped onions
Cheddar Cheese of your choice ( a few handfuls)
500g Beef Mince
Pasta of your choice, I used 500g of Spirali Pasta
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1tsp of engliah mustard
4 tsp soy sauce
5/6 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 tsp garlic granules
3/4 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp smoked paprika
3/4 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp mixed herbs
beef oxo cubes
hp sauce


Heat your pan with some oil, when hot add in the onions & brown off until softened

Add beef mince to the pan, two beef stock cubes and cook & stir until the mince is browned

Add 2 more beef stock cubes and stir

Add your tinned tomatoes along with your herbs & spices, stir and cook for a few minutes

Add mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, Soy Sauce & stir

Add the hp sauce & water if a little dry and simmer and start cooking your pasta as per the instructions on the packet

Drain pasta and set aside

Add a handful or two of grated cheese to the beef sauce, add to the pasta and stir

Now add this to some oven proof dishes, add some grated cheese and cook on gas mark 6 for approx 20 minutes
