  1. How is it that Im able to squat 2x my body weight and keep getting stronger after 16 hours of fasting each day without breakfast? This whole break fast thing is such a blasphemy

  2. So u are saying that by eating cereals in the morning that are full of sugar and that they will spike my insulin.. They will energize me? Or maybe the opposite?

  3. I have never eaten breakfast as long as I remember. Routinely, my first meal of the day was at 3pm. I achieved first place scholastic excellence in my grade 1st thru 5th grade & graduated in the top 10% of my class of 1081 graduates.

  4. this is wrong and nonsense in fact it isn’t important vitamins don’t actually cure anything or help you tho its still good according to some studies.
    . and in commercial s why is there so many food in the table.
