Ingredients for Wheat Dosa with Sweet Coconut Filling (make 8 dosa):

Wheat Flour – 1 ½ cups;
Salt – ½ tsp;
Water – to make the batter (2 cups approx.);
Shredded/grated Coconut – 2 cups;
Jaggery (coarsely powdered)/Sugar – 1 cup;
Butter/Ghee/Oil
