CHIPOTLE CHICKEN MARINADE
CILANTRO LIME RICE
-3 cups basmati rice, cooked
-zest of 1 lime
-1/2 cup chopped cilantro
-juice of 2 limes
-salt to taste
Combine all ingredients, stir and enjoy!
FRESH CORN ZUCCHINI CHOWDER
**Did not use celery or jalapeno. I also used fat free half and half instead of heavy cream. It turned out delicious!**
ORIENTAL RAMEN COLESLAW
2 8oz. bags broccoli slaw
1 cup slivered or sliced almonds
1 cup sunflower kernals
34 cup sunflower or sesame oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 packs of oriental flavored Ramen noodles (uncooked)
1 oriental ramen seasoning packet.
Crush noodles. Mix all ingredients JUST before serving (for a crunchy texture with the noodles.)
