  1. Thank you especially for taking a moment to share your family brunch spread from Christmas. A friend got me interested in checking out your videos because she was working on and tagging pics with your 2016 challenge. I’m familiar with great mentors like Flylady, and began using many of their ideas over a decade ago (while in high school/college), but I became sick in the early autumn with a pretty bad lung ailment and am still building up strength very slowly–getting the house back in shape and managing meal planning (I’d gotten lax on cooking…) seems overwhelming. Thank you for the positive example and encouragement! (Also, well, I somehow got more and more involved with under-performing whiners, moaners, and complainers…I don’t want to blame or amplify the faults of others, but it was the reverse of “iron sharpening iron”, and I really got a lot of my energy steadily drained over the course of about 3 years. Being able to experience the opposite, and to hear the simple, cheerful exhortation you share is a blessing to me!) Thank you; best to you and family, Jen!

  2. Merry Christmas to you and yours! Your Sausage Casserole recipe is a new tradition for me now. I tweaked it with oregano and green/red peppers to make it my own. Jen you inspired me to make Christmas extra special for my family. GB

  3. Hi Jen I am trying to go gluten-free has Gluten has been giving me some major issues. I am finding that besides the obvious Bread and breading that there are other things gluten is in and I’m finding that I don’t know half the things gluten is in… Could u please do a video on the surprising things gluten is in? Thank u for your videos. I’m trying to eat gluten free but keep having reactions
