  1. You MUST try lea and Perrin’s sauce in the shepherd’s pie. One thing I’ve discovered recently which I love is coconut flour! I add it to natural yogurt and fresh fruit for breakfast with a few dates and walnuts. Jx

  2. I’m doing paleo for the 2nd time & came across ur vid. I’m someone who doesn’t eat a huge amount so watching how much u eat in a day was unreal. I’ve got app 35kg to lose & im trying to snack more & increase my food intake but finding it very difficult. I’ve only had 2 meals today & feel so sick & full. I’ve also had a really achy tummy ache since I started 2 days ago. Didn’t hav this problem last year.
    Any tips or suggestions??

  3. sweet potatoes and peas are NOT paleo. its starch and starchs are bad on paleo. I would use mashed parsnips instead of taters or cauliflower. that being said the pumpkin porreidge looked awesome. nom nom.
