What I Eat in a Day for Beautiful Skin | VEGAN

Great skin starts from the inside out. As a non-vegan I constantly struggled with my acne but since becoming vegan in 2011 my skin has cleared up. I’m 100% sure that my diet is to thank. I hope this video give you some inspiration for improving your skin. The key is to maintain a healthy and balanced whole food plant based diet. 80-90% of what I eat is unprocessed, unrefined, and homecooked. The other 10-20% of the time I eat junk. At least for me, that balance has been great for my skin, and I still get to indulge in amazing vegan junk food from time to time 🙂

  1. Hi, I just found you today, really enjoy your recipes! You have a great personality as well!
And your from N.Y where I grew up!
I would love to go back! Now live in California 💜thanks for sharing!!!

  2. @sweetPotatoSoul. I am newly vegan as in today. I started being a pescatarian a month ago and realized I wanted to become vegan. With that being said, I do not like tofu, I’ve tried it and cant get passed the texture. Any suggestions to get more protein because Tofu is not an option for me?

  3. Cutting out sodas and drinking water…sometimes with Apple cider vinegar or lemon water worked for me. Hydration is key especially in the hotter and colder months

  4. Great video!! Did you have a formal education in nutrition or is this stuff that you learned along the way? I am asking because I’m a new Youtubers and aspire to do what you do 🖤 Any advice on how to get as educated as you? I was looking into a plant based certification online!
