Great skin starts from the inside out. As a non-vegan I constantly struggled with my acne but since becoming vegan in 2011 my skin has cleared up. I’m 100% sure that my diet is to thank. I hope this video give you some inspiration for improving your skin. The key is to maintain a healthy and balanced whole food plant based diet. 80-90% of what I eat is unprocessed, unrefined, and homecooked. The other 10-20% of the time I eat junk. At least for me, that balance has been great for my skin, and I still get to indulge in amazing vegan junk food from time to time 🙂

Turmeric tea: I juiced a 2 inch piece of ginger, a little knob of turmeric, and 1/2 a lemon, then poured about 2-3 tbsp into a cup of hot water
