WHAT I EAT IN A DAY – AT CHRISTMAS | Healthy Holiday Recipe Ideas!

Hey you guys! Today I wanted to share with you what I eat around the festive season and Christmas (and what I eat on Christmas Day with my family). These are some pretty easy healthy recipes and ideas for the holidays!

I try to make the recipes for my Christmas meals on the healthier side (as you guys know, I am allergic to dairy – so I cannot even have a little bit during the holidays) and I also have an intolerance to wheat (and I feel terrible if I do eat it) – so for these reasons I like to make healthier desserts etc.

The healthy apple pie in the video is what I was most excited to show you guys today – as nothing feels more Christmassy than an apple pie to me! Also – what do you think of the cranberry breakfast?!

This is a little bit different, but I thought I’d show you for fun! And I LOVE making holiday videos!

BLOG UPDATE: I just wanted to give you guys an update on my blog – It has been having a MASSIVE upgrade in terms of the server, hosting, technical stuff (boring stuff, I won’t bore you with the details haha).. BUT You guys should have NO MORE ISSUES accessing my blog and website now.   2. To be honest, I usually think these “healthy” dessert ideas are so silly (if I’m going to indulge, I have to go for the real thing) but that wheat free apple pie looks awesome!! I definitely try to avoid wheat and i know wheat free recipes can still be delicious so, will definitely try that out <333

  3. Hey liezl, firstly I wanted to say that you are my inspiration. I appreciate the hard work that you put into making these videos… I have lost 10 kilos, IAM 16 years old and I went from 60 kilos to 50… However I noticed that IAM not gaining muscle at all I want to look more toned could you please make a video on how you managed to gain lean muscle ? 😍

  4. I’m in the UK and having rice with a roast dinner is the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen! We also traditionally have Turkey for Christmas dinner with cranberry sauce 😍 your roast potatoes look so good though!! Couple of questions.. Do you count calories or just make healthy choices? Do you EVER indulge in unhealthy foods?
