WHAT I EAT FOR BREAKFAST – THE ENGINE 2 DIET

For today’s recipe review we will be looking at a healthy vegan breakfast cereal, inspired by Engine 2 Diet.

Half a cup of rolled oats
Half a cup of bite size shredded wheat
1 Banana
Cup of sliced strawberries
Half a cup of blueberries
1 tablespoon of ground flax seed
1 teaspoon of chia seed
1 teaspoon of hemp seed
1 cup of non-dairy (almond/soy/coconut/rice) milk

  1. Fruit has too much sugar for me though. I can’t have it every day. But this is why I take supplements 🙂 I normally don’t do normal breakfast. I tend to have lentils or beans of some kind.
