For today’s recipe review we will be looking at a healthy vegan breakfast cereal, inspired by Engine 2 Diet.
Half a cup of rolled oats
Half a cup of bite size shredded wheat
Cup of sliced strawberries
Half a cup of blueberries
1 tablespoon of ground flax seed
1 teaspoon of chia seed
1 teaspoon of hemp seed
1 cup of non-dairy (almond/soy/coconut/rice) milk
