5. Apple – half
6. Yogurt / Dahi – 1/2 cup
7. Milk – 1/4 cup
8. Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
9. Honey – 1-2 tbsp
10. Ice cubes – 4-5 nos.

Berry Blast Smoothie

1. Blackberry (or any berry of your choice) – 1 cup
2. Strawberry – 1 cup
3. Banana – half
4. Dahi / Yogurt – 1/2 cup
5. Milk – 1/8 cup
6. Honey – 1-2 tbsp
7. Ice Cubes – 4-5 nos.
