IN THIS VIDEO I SHOW YOU 6 SMOOTHIES I HAD LAST WEEK.

SMOOTHIE RECIPES

#1.Goji Berry Smoothie Recipe
2 tbsp goji berries
1 Frozen Banana
4 Frozen Strawberries
1 tbsp peanut butter ( i used earth balance coconut and peanut spread)
1 cup of water

#2.Carrot Apple Green Smoothie Recipe
1 carrot
1 apple
2 cups of spinach 1/2 cucumber
1 cup of water
added 3 or 4 pieces of ice
#3.Strawberry Pineapple Blackberry Smoothie
1 cup of frozen strawberries and blackberries
1/2 cup of frozen pineapples
1 cup of Almond Milk ( i used almond coconut milk)

#4.Carrot Pineapple
1 carrot
1/3 fresh orange juice ( i blended 6 oranges – peeled and added almost 2 cups of water, then strained the pulp and seeds out)
1/2 frozen banana
3/4 cups of frozen pineapple
About 1/2 cup of water

5.Pineapple Coconut Wheatgrass Green Smoothie
1 cup of pineapples
1 banana
1 cup full (came in the container) wheatgrass
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of coconut water

6. Strawberry Banana Green Smoothie
1 frozen banana
4-5 Strawberries
1 cup of water
2 cups of spinach

  2. I never had wheat grass before and I hear it doesn’t taste so good but its good for u. Im going to try this but add some chia seeds and cayenne pepper.

  3. This came just in time. I’m doing a fruit and veggie only diet for Lent. That strawberry, pineapple looked really good! I’m gonna try them all well try I don’t know about the wheat germ one lol
