It is made from Rava whixh is also known as Suji or Semolina. It is very good for kids and adults and also keeps you fuller for longer time. So it is also preferred for a diet conscious person. List of the Ingredients:
SujiSemolina Rava – 1 cup
Chana Dal – 1tlpn
White Urad Dal – 1 tlpn
Curry Leaves – 5-6
Green chillies – 1-2 as required
Chopped Onion – 1
Chopped Carrot – 1/2 cup i.e 1 small
Capsicum – 12 cup i.e 1 small
Cashew – few to garnish
Coriander leaves – to garnish
Ghee – 1 tlpn
Cooking oil – 2 tlpn
Mustard Seeds – 12 tlpn
Turmeric powder – 12 tspn
Red chilly powder – 12 tspn
Green peas – 12 cup
Salt to taste
