Here is a very Quick and Very Yummy Breakfast recipe for you guys Vegetable Poha. I learned this Recipe from my Mom . She makes yummy Poha in Breakfast and We really enjoy the taste of fresh vegetables with some spices like Turmeric and Chili Powder keeping it simple and basic and still It tastes wonderful.

1. Poha – 2 Cups
2. Onion-1
3. Tomato- 1
4. Mustard Seeds- 1 Tsp
5. Turmeric- 1Tsp
6. Red Chili Powder- 1 Tsp
7. Salt
8. Fresh Coriander Leaves
9. Oil/ Ghee – 2 Tbsp
