  3. Your videos are very good; however, they could be bit more…….technical and instructive. How much of this; how much of that, etc. For instance, while you are talking, things are being added but it’s difficult to discern what condiments you’re putting in. Is it salt? Is it coriander? I will say, my wife and I really enjoyed the coconut chickpea curry recipe. Excellent.
