Arm yourself with this Patriotic, red, white, and blue fruit cup recipe, that you can top with vegan whipped cream. It cool, refreshing, and sweet. Perfect to end any summer Bar-B-Q, Picnic, or lunch. Everybody will be satisfied, including you, because you will not be stuck in the hot kitchen baking all day while everyone else is outside having all the fun.

Vegan Whipped Cream Recipe
Yields: 4 servings

What Ingredients do you need to make vegan whipped cream:
2 cans coconut milk, chilled
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 cups blue and red mixed berries (optional)

How to make vegan whipped cream:
Spoon the cream (thick white stuff) from the can of coconut milk into a large mixing bowl, leaving the liquid behind.

Beat coconut cream and powdered sugar until whipped and fluffy with an electric hand mixer.

Divide the mixed berries between 4 serving ramekins. Dollop the white fully whipped coconut cream atop the very berry bliss.

Serve to you patiently awaiting and lovingly sun kissed family.

  1. A really easy way to get out all of the liquid after refrigerating is to open the can from the bottom end. Then you just pour off the liquid and you’re left with the cream in the other end. Open the other side and just push it all out. Voila! 🙂 Thanks for the great recipe
