Ingredients Washoku

SHIROAE
Tofu 200 gr
Zenmai 100 gr
Shungiku 200 gr
Dashi 1 cup
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Mirin 3 tablespoons
Fu 10 gr

NASU MISO ITAME
Eggplant 300 gr (2 large ones)
Zucchini 100 gr
Shimeji 100 gr
Yellow bell pepper 50 gr
Miso 4 tablespoons
Sugar 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon
Mirin 2 tablespoons

NIMONO
Pumpkin 200 gr
4 Shiitake
Sweet potato 100 gr
Lotus root 100 gr
Burdock root 70 gr
Carrots 50 gr
Dashi 2 ½ cups
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Sugar 2 teaspoons
Mirin 4 tablespoons

MISOSHIRU
1 potato
Wakame 10 gr
Water 1 cup
Dashi 1 cup
Miso 1 tablespoon

Tofu (70 gr) + green onions and a bit of soy sauce

  2. Wow! Thank you so much! Lately you’ve uploaded so many wonderful videos in such a short time. I’m amazed! It also looks like a lot of work went into preparing these dishes. The video had lovely editing and the music fit very well 🙂 Are all these ingredients available in normal supermarkets in Japan? Or do you have to go to a special store? I havn’t heard of quite a few ingredients. I hope I can try them when I’m in Japan 😀
