  2. I just finished cooking the butternut squash soup. Cutting and cooking the squash was a bigger issue than expected. It also took a whole lot of time. But once that’s done, you’re in the clear for smooth sailing. The soup is really filling and creamy. Thanks for the recipe.

  4. I am making the lentil loaf as I am typing this. Its baking now and smells so delicious. I love how. you have so many vegatarian/vegan recipes. I am neither but I keep kosher and vegan and vegetarian options fit in with my diet. I also love adding more veggies to my diet.

  5. The PDF calls for red lentils but the lentils in the video are green, yeah? They have different consistencys so I was wondering if the PDF meant to say red lentils?

  7. I don’t have a food processor or high speed blender (I have a magic bullet). Can the crust be made with a hand mixer? And should you soak the almonds?
