  2. hello tami, I’ve been vegan for a week, im feeling exhausted & having headaches everyday despite eating mostly fruit and aiming for 1500+ calories a day, I usually eat a big bowl of oats with fruit in the morning, a big fruit smoothie for lunch usually three bananas and whatever other fruit I have around and rice bowl with veggies or potatoes, beans and veggies for dinner. The cravings for meat are out of control, and I’m really struggling not to give up 😩😩😭 what am i doing wrong?

  3. These look so good! I also wanted to ask, what the heck am I supposed to do after accidentally consuming something non vegan? I have been vegan for a couple of years now but today my cousin and I went to a coffee place, and the coffee I always used to order didn’t contain any dairy. But today the people there fucked up my order and added milk to my coffee 🙁
    I took a sip of it and could taste the milk right away. I gave the rest to my cousin, who isn’t vegan. I feel so bad ☹️☹️☹️
