This is the 5th episode in season 5. I hope you are all enjoying the festive period! I thought I would show you a dish with a little flair for NYE. Playing on the classic combination only of course veganised this scallops & bacon dish is phenomenal!! I used beautiful king oyster mushrooms cooked in a ‘taste of the sea’ broth for the scallops & rice paper for the crispy bacon.
