Vegan Recipe: Vegan Vegetarian Big Mac | Edgy Veg


Finally perfected the vegan Big Mac hamburger! Just because you’re a vegan doesn’t mean that you can’t indulge in some junk food every now and again. The time has come for vegans to eat Big Macs!

SING IT WITH ME!!!!!!! —–Made with two vegan patties, special sauce, lettuce, vegan cheese, pickles & onions on a toasted sesame seed bun!!!!!!!

To make this recipe you will need:

sesame seed hamburger buns
veggie burgers of your choosing, cooked to perfection as directed
Big mac sauce (see recipe on blog)
finely diced onion
chopped lettuce
your favourite vegan cheese
pickles

  1. Cut each patty portion by 2/3. Use the cheapest, smallest white flour bun that lists sugar as the second ingredient. Some cheese that’s 97% oil and 3% milk solids. Garnish with limp iceberg lettuce that’s been soaking in sugar water, half a defrosted onion, and enough dressing to shoot the patties across the room when the burger is bitten into. There’s your big mac.

  2. I think it would be too much to eat two veggie burgers together because they’re a lot thicker than McDonald’s burgers. Other than that, this looks pretty good.
