To make this recipe you will need:

onion
potatoes
garlic
rosemary
ground cumin
lime
chipotle
rock salt
black beans
brown rice
fresh spinach
Tomato
avocado
corn tortilla

  1. Have you tried, vegetarian food in Indian cuisine? they are very greasy though…
    but if you don’t mind a little bit of fat, the food and all the curries are finger licking god 😉

  2. I hope I made it with LOVE – although you are all right, a Costa Rican would make an obviously delicious and traditional Gallo Pinto – I am grateful for the opportunity though – Lots of Love 

  3. You couldn’t find a Costa Rican to teach how to make a Costa Rican dish :-/ I’m Costa Rican and kind of sucked that it wasn’t a Costa Rican doing it 

  4. that’s a very practical and filling meal and the kind of thing i’ve had many times because you’ve got all of those things going on there, the leafy greens, rice and bean proteins, spices, onion, avocado…it’s all great, plus the super nice edgy veg girl
