Vegan Recipe: Baja Fish Tacos | Edgy Veg


Learn how to make delicious breaded fish tacos out of mushrooms! These vegan/vegetarian tacos are crazy easy with ingredients for sure already have in your pantry. Fish tacos can be filled with either breaded and fried (not healthy!) or grilled/baked (healthy!). Obviously we went with fried, because life is so much more fun with breaded food

To make this recipe you will need:
mango
red onion, finely chopped
fresh lime juice
chopped fresh cilantro
salt
jalapeño pepper
frying oil
unbleached all-purpose flour
ground seaweed
black pepper, freshly ground
garlic powder
almond milk
egg replacer
oyster or portobello mushrooms
corn tortillas

Your Tacos are great….your Latin dancing needs a little work….just kidding…a lot of work….but you’re still number one on my list….I would like to see something that’s close to shrimps….like Shrimp Tacos….don’t know what can be used that would come close to a shrimp but then again I’m not the one with the YouTube Channel so I’ll leave that in your wonderful capable hands….Edgy Veg On!!!!!!

  2. yeah girl… first time I had vegan “fish n chips” was in seattle.. they made seitan and fried it and wrapped it in little Nori sheets  was super good…
