Vegan Quiche Sans Eggs! Healthy Fit Version


If you think that going vegan means that you cant enjoy your favorite foods, you thought wrong
!Here we show you how easy it is to make an amazing VEGAN quiche! 2 Healthy Fit Vegan style quiche
!All you need is:
– 2 Blocks Tofu (silken is best, but any type works)
– Broccoli (about 2 cups finely chopped)
– Mushrooms (about 2 cups finely chopped)
– Onion (1/2 cup diced)
– Tomatoes ( 1 cup chopped or sliced)
– Nutritional Yeast (1/3 – 1/2 cup)
– Veggie Broth (1/2 – 1 cup)
– Salt and Pepper (To taste)
– Vegan shredded cheese ( 1/2 cup, optional)
**HINT – (Himalayan black salt really gives it an “eggy” flavor
!- Any mixed herbs and spices you like, oregano, cumin, etc (optional)

Bake in a baking dish (lightly sprayed with veggie oil spray) at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until it is firm and top is golden!
