Check out my vegan meal prep for the week! Basic healthy recipes like overnight oats, quinoa, tofu, spaghetti squash, & homemade hummus. This vegan meal prep is a great way to get yourself set up for a successful week! I spend a few hours on Sunday prepping my meals and then I’m set! Please note that I eat MORE than is shown in this video– I eat loads of fruit and use these basics to get me going. I’ll use the veggies and grains as base ingredients for other recipes throughout the week.

  3. If I prep it on Sunday, can I still eat everything on Friday? Do I have to freeze it or can I just put it in the fridge? I think especially the blueberries will get mouldy.

  4. I like the meal prep. But I dont think anyone wants to eat the same thing for 5 days. i saw the 5 different dinners for 5 nights video, but I think if you could do something similar for the whole week for all 3 meals is the best. < for Every video. But thank you for sharing what you do! i would plan on doing like a 2-3 day version of any of these tops before Id hate it so much I wouldnt touch it.

  5. I don’t get this whole meal prep thing. Do you really eat the same meals every day for one week? And how about eating five days old fruit salads etc.?
    And when you are a family of four, and you prep three meals for five days, then you’ll have 60 containers in your fridge?
    What do I get wrong about it all?
    (Sorry for my bad English, I’m from Germany.)
