  2. you make me wonder why VEGAN always put the coconut milk in everything. “is it trendy right now?”. It has a ton of fat (saturated fat) and it’s not good for your health. In my country, Where your coconut milk came from, People aware to eat the big amount of coconut milk like this, Especially who has the underlying disease such as Dyslipidemia (who has high level of lipid in their blood). I just want to let you know that the FAT from the plant (vegetable/fruit) is still be the FAT and it is not better than the animal fat, in case of saturated fat. It will make your health worse, trust me.

  3. I had my left eye twitching for 3 weeks before trying to figure out what it was (google), turned out I lacked some mineral, don’t remember what it was now, but days after I started taking multi vitamins it went away.
