  3. Looks really good, but potatoes give me evil indigestion 🙁 Would anything substitute them? I haven’t found a good alternative to white potato yet. Well, I use lots of sweet potatoes, but they’re strong flavour so don’t suit all things. They’d probably be a bit odd in this dish.
