In today’s recipe video, I’m making some VEGAN LASAGNA!! With Spinach tofu ricotta that is reminiscent of the boxed vegetable lasagna I used to eat all the time as a kid =P

  1. hello there, I’m new to your channel and the food looks tasty and since I’ve decided to go vegan almost a year, thanks for the informative vegan food videos, oh and I thought I’d share that next time if you do make lasagna, you can just put in the lasagna noodles in the baking pan uncooked straight from the box to make it easier on you with out the struggle.

  2. I am a new vegan and am so happy I found your video! You are fun, funny and real!! This lasagna looks delicious!! Can’t wait to make it and also check out your other recipes!!

  3. Mmmm I haven’t made lasagna in a long time. You’ve got me wanting to make it now. I eat with small spoons too. I don’t consider them desert spoons though. Those are actually even tinier.

  4. Omg I’ve been searching for an easy lasagna vegan meal and girl this video made me subscribe to you. You are ridiculously honest and hilarious 😂 #breathoffreshair

  5. “White people tahini.”, that made me laugh. Too funny and I’m white. If you can’t laugh at yourself I think you live a very sad existence. LOL. A nifty little hint about lasagna, you don’t have to boil it at all. You can just used it dry as you assemble your layers and then put it in the oven and bake. It turns out perfect, so there’s no fumbling and bumbling with cooked noodles sticking together and that sort of thing. I am enjoying your channel. You’re a lot of fun so keep it up and I’ll keep watching. Take care.

  6. This looks really good! And a shout out to a fellow Canadian!
I used to be a vegetarian for 10 years, but meat called me back some how. LOL
On my YouTube channel I cook traditional Macedonian, Maltese and Canadian recipes, but I always like to give my viewers a veggie or vegan alternative. As a matter of fact, one of my viewers who follows my Facebook page made a vegan version of Moussaka I recently made.
OH, I almost forgot – I did a vegetarian lasagna on my channel too. (Not vegan, but you can sub. My “noodles” were grilled red peppers! Check it out!
Also,,,what’s your take on quorn? I haven’t tried it yet.
So I am enjoying your channel, not only for myself, but for inspiration for alternatives. I have subscribed to you! CHEERS!

  7. I’m officially addicted to your channel! I love how simple and delicious your recipes look! I’m going to be making this lasagna tomorrow. My boyfriend is also not vegan, so that will be the real taste test. Thank you so much for sharing <3

  8. I’m confused about tahini. I see everyone on youtube using tahini and it’s this beautiful silky soft delight. But every jar (or can) of tahini I’ve bought, it’s a hard thick rock at the bottom with an ocean of oil on top that cannot be mixed together, and I am 9 times out of 10 unable to break away any tahini from the bottom. This isn’t just me using one brand once or twice, this is me buying SEVERAL different brands on different occasions and it being like that.

  9. TFS Viet Vegan, I never boil my pasta, I just layer it and make certain my sauce is hot and that every noodle is covered. You can add extra water to sauce and it turns out perfectly…..if you get the recipe for vegan bechamel sauce would you share it?
