  1. That Greek seasoning and the Tziki (sp?) and the “feta” look delicious it’s so cool how you give us completely different seasonings and dishes so that we can explore and experience different cultures through cooking, another way of connecting all of us in a good way! Thank you Connie!

  2. My mother only put spices in desserts, never in savoury. I’m going to have to try it with and without spices, to see which I prefer, though, I suspect that I’ll prefer both.   ;  )

  3. This is, of course, brilliant and I wasn’t expecting any less (no pressure Connie)! I have to make it soon because the Vegan feta I buy is expensive and I’ve been looking for alternatives. Angel Connie, who cares, came up with the solution and it would be a sin not to do it. Thank you!

  4. Once again, brilliant (though it goes without saying!). I wonder if it is possible to use a nut-cheese in place of tofu for the feta. Having made wonderful tofu feta before, I wonder if a mild flavoured, more firm cheese would also work well in this context. It’s exciting to consider!
