  1. I made this for my non-vegan parents. They wouldn’t stop eating it. I made this for a baby shower with non-vegans. They wouldn’t stop eating it. I made this for a vegan potluck. They wouldn’t stop eating this.

    Moral of the story: This dish needs to be at every party. Ever. All of the time.

  2. This recipe is so delicious! I gave it to my family and they were impressed it was vegan. The sauce is creamy and all together is so tasty! I didn’t add the white wine or the vegetable stock, I added water when I was sautéing the mushrooms and i didn’t find the need to add more liquids. It still tasted really good.
