Vegan Custard Pudding Recipe
INGREDIENTS
Caramel:
70 gr beet sugar + 2 tbsps of water
50 ml of water

Custard:
90 gr of boiled kabocha
2 cups of soy milk
10 gr of potato starch
1 tsp of corn starch
1/2 tsp of agar agar powder
3 tbsps maple syrup
1 tbsp vanilla essence

  2. I’ll have to make your recepies here while I’m still in Germany. I am looking forward to going to Mastuyama for a year but I have no idea how to find vegan sugar there. I will stand in the supermarket like an analphabet and hopefully will manage to get the soy sauce and miso without fish in it… food will really be a challenge because Matsuyama is a lot smaller than Osaka, Kyoto or Tokyo. But I am happy to learn about and use new veggies that are not available in Germany :)This custard looks really delicious! Thank’s for the video 🙂

  3. I have just discovered your channel and love all your videos! Thank you so much for such great content. Could you do a video of your top 5 places to eat in Kyoto, top 5 in Osaka, top 5 in Tokyo and top 5 anywhere in Japan? You can just use excerpts of your old videos, so you wouldn’t need to film anything new. Do a video on each of Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo and Japan overall and update it every year or so, if you find new places that you think are better. I think people would find it useful and you would get a lot of views! Love from London.
