Vegan Creamy Basil Garlic + Kale Pasta – Christmas Holiday Inspired Recipe! – Vlogmas #9

Our healthy and nutritious vegan Parmesan cheese recipe video link:

RECIPE (Makes around 14 servings or more):

4 cups of raw soaked cashews
4-5 tablespoons of minced garlic
1 cup or less of olive oil
4 cups of fresh basil
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 cup of water

Add all sauce ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth, creamy, and well mixed together. Set Aside

32 ounces of cooked pasta
8 cups of fresh baby kale
3-4 cups of sugar plum grape small tomatoes
2 and 1/2 cups of frozen green peas

In a large sauce pan, saute tomatoes with some oil and then add kale and saute until it wilts a little, then add all the peas and saute until they thawed. Then add the pasta and mix everything in together, then add all of the creamy sauce into the pan with everything else until it has covered all of the pasta and has been well mixed.

  1. Nice job, this looks great! I saw the portion of cashews you started with and I just thought, “Whoa! This will feed an army.” A vegan army naturally 🙂
