So I know many people who think all vegan food tastes like grass, is very complicated to make, and is super expensive, let alone around the holidays! I am here today to show you how easy and affordable it is to recreate some of your favourite christmas treats, and I can safely say that all of them taste amazing! My non-vegan family have all tried the rum balls and couldn’t even tell the difference! So simple, so tasty, and super festive! I am in NO way suggesting these are healthy in any way, but even vegan’s are allowed to indulge every now and again, and Christmas is the perfect excuse!

Eggless Nog-

Black Forest Trifle-

Rum Balls- Ingredients
250 g Vegan arrowroot biscuits crushed
1 tin coconut condensed milk
1 cup coconut
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup coconut *extra

STEP 1 Combine all ingredients.
STEP 2 Wet hands and roll mixture into small balls then coat in coconut.
STEP 3 Refrigerate or freeze for later.
