  1. I’m eating like this along with gym workouts & the scale dial is not moving after a month. I’ve even tried Keto & cutting too.😣😧 I feel a difference on the inside but the outside looks the same.

  3. canned beans contain alot of sodium try to go with dry beans you have to soak them over night but at least you’re not eating all that sodium add brags Omega’s for flavor and some onions and rice and whatever else you like
