Vegan Banana Bread – Wow!


!Here we have more vegan dessert options, today’s recipe is classic dessert, but in its vegan version:

Vegan Banana Bread!! =)

This vegan bread is a healthier option because it does not contain cholesterol. Thanks to the Oat and bananas, it contains fiber and nutrients.

– 1 cup Oat Flour (ground oats)
– 1 cup Flour (All purpose)
– 1/3 cup Brown sugar
– 1 tbsp Cinnamon powder
– 2 tsp Baking powder
– 1.5 Bananas (Ripe)
– 3/4 cup Vegan milk
– 1/4 cup Oil (Canola, soy, avocado or coconut)
– 2 tsp Apple Cider vinegar
– 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
– Dried fruit (Optional)

– Mix dry ingredients: Oat Flour, All purpose flour, Sugar, Cinnamon and Baking powder. Set aside.
– In another bowl, mash Ripe bananas and add liquid ingredients: Vegan milk, Oil, Vinegar, Vanilla extract and mix.
– Slowly add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients while stirring.
– Grease a mold and pour in the batter.
– Add dried fruit on top.
– Pre-heat oven at 180°C for 15 min.
– Bake at 180° C for 35-40 min or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the bread.
– Let it rest and cool down. Serve and enjoy.
