  1. After watching this, I had all the ingredients so I made this without the mixed peel and it came out great. The texture was beautiful. I will be using this recipe from now on. Thanks for the recipe.

  2. Hi , I am a huge fan. Your sweet bread looks very moist. And I had the misfortune my sweet bread coming out way too dry. I couldn’t understand why! What can I do to make it come out even more moist? Thanks so much Denise, from Trinidad .😊

  3. I made it for Easter and it came out great, except for the slicing it tasted delicious 😋 I option the sugar at the top though too much sweet but thanks.

  4. I tried it…had to leave it in the oven a little longer than an hour but it came out perfect, even with the fresh coconut milk. Keeping cooking & posting…I’m learning!!

  5. You said 1tsp of Vanilla but the recipe you post says 1and a half tsp…which is it? Also I didn’t notice where you added the vanilla in your video so I added it with the egg and milk. Btw, I used freshly squeezed coconut milk…hope this works just as well.
