  1. Well done! I’m italian and this is really well made. I’ve only one or two things to say to who wants to prepare this. Once you’re done, eat it within three days max, cause of raw eggs is gonna be very bad leaving it inside the fridge for too long. And the best is leaving it to rest for 6 hours in the fridge before eating it 🙂
    p.s. for the very best Tiramisu, look for “Savoiardi” biscuits (or Ladyfingers) ^_^

  3. Here is a recipe for a substitute, it is closer than just cream cheese.
    16 ounces cream cheese
    1/3 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
    1Blend all three ingredients together until smooth.

    Here is the recipe switched into g/ml
    453.59 g cream cheese
    78.78 ml sour cream
    59.15 ml heavy whipping cream
