  1. Just make regular cheese but use human breast milk. It’s made for humans and human abuse is illegal, meaning extraction of the milk must have consent as opposed to how we extract from cows.

  2. Why not let it sit in the fridge? I ask because with 6 dogs and 4 cats, it could be problematic to leave it on the counter! I have left vegan cheese in my (unheated) oven before but that was because I was using a culture.

  3. I also like potato- and carrot cheese on my pizza. I just boil the veggies, blend them with a little bit of water and add spices (pluss nutritional yeast if available to me). You could add cashews or some oil if desired
