  3. The sunchokes look great, but I can’t really get them where I live. Can you replace them with something, like parsnip? Or something else? I have never had them, so I don’t know what kind of taste/texture they have

  4. I’m really allergic to cashews (and basically all nuts) but it seems like all of the cheesy sauces/any sauces have cashews added in them. Can I just omit them or should I replace them with something or just not make the recipe lol
