  1. Ok heres how I make it:
Mix 2 cups flour, 3 eggs, let rest for 40min-1h
In a saucepan, break up 1 pound of ground meat, cook until browned. Remove from heat, add 1 diced onion and 2 crushed cloves of garlic. Put the heat on low and skin 5 tomatoes (put them in a pot of cold water, remove once boiling), puree 4 of them and dice 1. Add the tomato puree and the diced tomato to the mix. Simmer for about 30min.
Roll the pasta dough as thin as you can get it. Assemble the lasagna, keep in mind to put in the sauce first.Add a lot of grated parmesan cheese in between layers.

  2. Oh this looks INSANE!! Gotta make this!!! I love cheese so your recipes are off the chain! Your ideas are so creative and so good!! You are definitely cooking your way to my heart!! Thank You so much for sharing!! SUBSRIBED!!

  3. I haven’t done lasagna for too long, and I like the looks of your recipe better than mine. Love the spinach! I’ve never seen anyone use it, but what a perfect addition! I’m gonna have to give this a go, like soon.

  4. I liked it so much I’m gonna make it again today and tomorrow. 😛 I was wondering about maybe adding a couple of cans of beans to the meat sauce and maybe a bit more tomato sauce? Sort of like a chili version of meat and bean sauce for the lasagna.
