  1. Once and for all: chicken parmigiana is NOT an Italian traditional recipe!!!!! IT DON’T EXIST IN ITALY!!! NO ONE EAT IT!! NO ONE PREPARE IT FOR SATURDAY LUNCH!! Please, stop defile our gastronomic heritage! The only parmigiana is made with eggplants!!

  3. Chicken Parm should have parm in with the cheese blend. I use a cheese blend of romano, parm, asiago, swiss and mozzarella. Believe it or not Brie and Mozzarella mixed together is also a fave of mine

  5. thanks for showing the two versions, this was a great find with a last minute decision to make chicken parm, i went the with emeril’s version and it should be finishing soon!
