Hi and welcome back! Today I made for you my version of Guava rum glazed cornish hens!
First, rinse and place hens in a storage bag with 3-4 tablespoons of salt, fill the bag with water and let it sit over night in the fridge.
Pat dry the hens, stuff with my version of meat stuffing.
Here’s the link for the meat stuffing:
1/2 stick of unsalted butter
1/2 cup white rum
1/2 cup guava paste.
Pre heat your oven at 350 and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, glazing the hens every 20 -30 minutes.
