  2. I’ve done this twice Im using 93-7 ground turkey and every time i did it this coat of fat comes up on top. I tried pressing into the loaf pan but it happened again. How can I prevent this should I get turkey with less fat?

  5. here’s a challenge … low calorie”400″ low sodium:” under 300 gr per serving” , low trans fat “under 3 gr per serving ” and low sugar *under 5 gr per 100 gr” …..with high fibre “9 grams per serving” …..I’m buying a sous vide supreme and hoping it will save me LOL
