Try this tasty Italian snack recipe. Pastry, Ham and Cheese snack, super easy to make. Italian home cooking and baking in Lou Lou’s Kitchen in Italy.
Please Subscribe to our Channel:
3 rolls of puff pastry
4-5 slices of Swiss Cheese
4-5 slices of Ham
Grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat your oven to 250 Degrees centigrade or 480 fahrenheit
Lay out one roll of your puff pastry, on top of a piece of parchment paper.
Lay your cheese covering all areas of the puff pastry.
Lay out your second roll of puff pastry over the cheese forming a sandwich.
Lay your ham covering all areas of the puff pastry.
Lay out your third roll of puff pastry over the ham forming a third layer on the sandwich.
Wash your beaten egg over the surface of the puff pastry, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and sesame seeds.
Turn over your sandwich and repeat the previous step.
Cut the sandwich into long strips about 1/2 inch wide. The twist each length placing them on a baking tray covered in parchment paper.
Bake for 7-10mins in the oven until golden and crispy.
