Sweet Italian Pasta Filipino spaghetti

Quick cooking procedure

Boil the water and cook the pasta according to package directions. DO NOT ever add oil to the water! It will make your sauce slide off the pasta later.
Meanwhile, heat the oil (medium-high heat) in a large skillet and saute garlic, onions, & red bell pepper until golden brown, add the ground beef saute together. Until the ground beef cooks well, sprinkle with salt & msg, or SPG & sugar to taste. add sauce, catsup, and cream. Sprinkle with cheese & ready to serve!
