  1. This is a great recipe but the flax seeds need to be ground itself. I don’t think you get any benefit eating them whole. Broken open activates the nutritional benefit. I use a coffee grinder. This is a great recipe that I will try though with my vitamix!

  2. Nicko! Can i make a request? I alway to go stirbuck and order earl grey tea latte…going there every day does cost alot… do u have a recipe to make earl grey tea latte…..stirbuck way? Thanks

  3. Blentec FOR THE WIN!!! My mom got one of those and she went on those really healthy diets and has like a shake everyday ones she went blendtec she didn’t go back

  4. Looks tasty! You mentioned that any blender can be used, but many lower powered blenders have trouble breaking up flaxseeds, which don’t really provide much nutrition when consumed whole. Thanks for the video though.

  5. Can someone tell me if these green smoothies really taste good? I mean yes I would love to make this in the morning and have a healthy breakfast, but I don’t want it to taste bad. Can I please have an honest opinion?
