  1. Can I also use rolled oats? Also, I think it’s a good idea to mention rinsing the quinoa (maybe all the grains) to remove the bitter taste first. Thanks so much for this great video.

  2. Ya this whole video is pretty awesome except for the fruit and juice thing right? Bad food combinations. Also keeping food in the fridge and reheating loses all its Prana.
