Summer Breakfast Recipe


This really is so delicious, it’s quick, easy and so nutritious (it would also be easy to make it a raw breakfast too if you want to make it even healthier).

Add rolled oats, apple sauce, cinnamon, raisins and milk to a dish, leave it overnight or for at least 15mins. Add and change the quantities and ingredients according to your tastes and what you have in your pantry.

It tastes amazing with oat cream instead of milk, but I need to restock our kitchen with that! It also tastes really great with sliced bananas and loganberries from our allotment! Or blueberries and a squeeze of lemon juice. Or yoghurt and mixed berry compote.
