INGREDIENTS:-
For Besan Cheela Batter
1)Besan- 1 cup
2) Curd – 1/4 cup
3) salt – 1 tsp
4) red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
5) coriander powder – 1 tsp
6) turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
7) Water- 150 ml
8) Coriander Leaves
9) Oil for frying

FOR STUFFING:-
1) crumbled Paneer- 200 gms
2) grated carrot
3) finely chopped tomato- 1/2
4) finely chopped onion- 1/2
5) chopped green chillies – 2
6) salt- 1/2 tsp
7) Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
8) coriander leaves
