1/2 tsp vanilla extract
100g (3/4 cup) cooked quinoa
150g (1 1/2 cups) rolled oats
30g (1/4 cup) raisins

  1. Could you use something else to substitute the quinoa? I’d love to make these tomorrow but I don’t have quinoa, can I add In more oats instead? I have Cous Cous, would that work? Thanks!! X

  2. I absolutely love your recipes. I made these but didn’t have strawberries so I used frozen blueberries instead and they worked great! My kids and husband gobbled them up. Thank you!!

  3. Yum! I love quinoa and always have this stuff st home. Will be perfect for a healthy after school snack too as I really struggle with what to give the boys as they want a “treat”. Will give it s go though I’m such a terribke baker! Ha ha! Will tel you how I get on xxxxx 😘😘😘
