  1. Tried this receipt and it was disgusting no joke…..nutritional yeast does no taste  like cheese don’t waist your money on food prepping this…. I literally threw away a week worth of food disappointed 😔

  2. Hey @SimplyQuinoa, I tried this recipe and I recommend toasting the quinoa with olive oil in the begging till it’s slightly golden brown and you smell a sort of nutty a scent. This might remove some of the bitter taste people associate with quinoa. I would also like to point out that cinnamon is an excellent substitute for nutmeg if you don’t have any of it laying around. Overall, this was an amazing dish! It really did taste like a heather version of Mc & Cheese. Also I found that if you would like to spice up your quinoa mc&cheese I recommend adding some chili flakes to taste. Once again love your youtube videos and keep up the great work!
